In the 2019 end-year holiday, Making Innovators will launch the double innovation bootcamps; a one week 'introductory innovation bootcamp' for new children innovators and design thinkers, and a two-week intermediate innovation bootcamp for the relatively exposed children innovators who will take up more complex challenges.
Engaging in an introductory challenge-based learning bootcamp, the innovators learn about the fundametal principles that guide user-centered problem solving, design thinking, the 21st century skills and challenge based learning.
Under the guidance of their mentors, they undergo a one-week hands-on process of creating solutions for an established challenge.
The Intermediate bootcamp will engage the innovators in an advanced stage of the challenge-based learning. This will involve dealing with more complex problems that integrate the subtler nuances of addressing the social and economic aspects of innovation. The innovators for this bootcamp are expected to have gone through the 'Making Innovators Introductory Innovation Bootcamp'. This ascertains relatively mentally mature innovators that can efficiently handle the challenge.
